Another Special Issue
There will be another special issue of this paper, April 24 — three weeks from now. It will be "special" in that the entire issue will be devoted to the study of one theme — The Beatitudes.
The two previous specials on The Works of The Flesh and The Fruit of The Spirit were well received and all the extra copies were sold by the time the paper was out. We were not able to fill some orders. These specials furnished excellent and needed reading material on these themes and were good to use in general distribution.
The forthcoming issue on The Beatitudes will be an excellent treatment by some capable men and it should have a ready reception and a wide circulation. Orders for extra copies should be placed at once to assure getting them. Please do this now. Here are the subjects and the writers:
Blessed Are The Poor in Spirit James W. Adams Blessed Are They That Mourn
Irvin Lee
Blessed Are The Meek
Eugene Brittnell
Hungering And Thirsting After Righteousness--- Franklin T. Puckett Blessed Are The Merciful----------------------------- Ernest Finley
Blessed Are The Pure In Heart---------------------- Paul Lusby Blessed Are The Peacemakers----------------------Wm. E. Wallace
The Happiness Of Suffering For Righteousness' Sake
W. L. Wharton, Jr.
It is my firm belief that every reader will profit by this special issue and will really appreciate these excellent articles.
